Probably running too rich.
However, IMO if you are not experiencing any operation issues, "Don't fix it if it ain't broke." |

I had an issue with some water and a trash in my tanks and she was popping and sputtering. Replace the water separator that helped for a while but it kept happening so I replaced the 30 year-old tanks. Ran great for a little bit but then started popping and sputtering again. Today I replaced the plugs but it’s still doing it so I’m thinking coils now. Any ideas? |

Carbs or EFI? I also voted with running rich. If Carbs, probably need to adjust those. |
