This 22 is dry balsa throughout . 2005 boat and motor from factory. 400 hours Honda I just completed the 1000 hour services. Rebuilt carbs and new fuel pumps very recent. Valves adjust/checked, complete service by ME. Life long mechanic. Motor is at 430 hours this day. New props, all new gas lines and tanks removed < flushed and re installed. This 22 purrs like a kitten . All inner hull screws removed and tossed out, eliminating future water intrusions into balsa. This boat had no wet balsa. Much more to say, she’s very well equipped with new drum winch and pricey radar arch . Hardtop and Bimini come with boat. Thanks, Good Day to all:) Lots of pics via text, number above.

I did not buy it, but Randy sold his boat via Facebook: "My CDory sold today on Galveston Bay. Rough water but fun. Couple from Dallas area , new owners."
