We have been stricken with 2 footitis wanting to do some longer distance cruising!
Very clean and dry boat (sealed anchor locker and cabin cockpit joint). Minor small repaired dings on hull, but no gelcoat crazing or delamination on deck or hull, excellent condition for a 2006 as she has always been stored under cover.
Cape Cruiser 23 is the original hull mould of the C-Dory Venture 23.

1. Aluminum Magic Tilt tandem trailer with surge brakes(new supports and bunks). Hard bottom paint for trailering.
2. Honda 135HP engine 553 hours, runs great, top speed 30+ mph- cruising 15-18 mph. Hydraulic steering.
3. 2023 new AGM starter battery group 24, new AGM house battery group 31 -both charger thru alternator via Blue Sea ACR auto charging relay. Victron BT enabled Smart Shunt battery monitor.

18. Sink with 20 gallon fresh water supply (new water pump and pex line), cockpit washdown connection
19. Sunbrella upholstery in excellent condition. V- berth and dinette located along the port side of cabin that converts into 64 berth.
20. Excellent storage for a 23 ft boat- under dinette seats and galley storage, shelving over galley and table. Foam partially removed under v-berth with 2 access hatches.

22. dive/swim ladder
23. 2 portable Predator 2k watt generators with parallel wiring and pigtail (runs AC). Running condition unknown as we never used them.
