How to make flowers in jelly

It may seem to some people that all the most interesting things in cooking have already been invented in previous centuries. This opinion is only partially true, since interesting variations of long-known desserts and other dishes are still being created, and the clearest example of this is an excellent idea of how to make flowers in jelly, diverse in shape and color. Anyone whose guests or family adore such a dessert dish should try to make flowers in jelly on their own, but they would certainly like some variety available by creating edible three-dimensional objects inside it.

Do not assume that making flowers in jelly is a simple task. It requires a lot of patience, diligence, an eye and good taste. You can't do this kind of work without some tools: roomy disposable syringes, a variety of knives and spoons. Knives are required to create flowers with petals like asters, spoons — for rounded ones. Many people, in order to make flowers in jelly, purchase special sets of tools designed specifically for such culinary crafts. One of the variants of such a set is shown in the picture.

Of course, it will not be possible to make flowers in jelly without the main ingredient of this dish. Jelly requires two varieties: transparent, preferably colorless, and milk or sour cream: white or colored in different colors. For coloring, use food dyes or freshly squeezed juices: orange, beetroot, etc. When you are going to make flowers in jelly, first prepare a transparent base, for example, according to the following recipe. Dissolve a couple of tablespoons of gelatin and about twice the amount of lemon juice in 800 ml of hot water. Mix thoroughly.

To make the flowers in jelly a little tastier, add a little sugar to the jelly mixture, about 2 tbsp. l. After stirring, pour everything to solidify into a transparent bowl with a high rim: a glass, a salad bowl, etc. It will take several hours to solidify. Meanwhile, soak 2 more tablespoons of gelatin in water. Boil a glass of milk, add vanilla and sugar to taste. Mix this mass with gelatin until dissolved, divide into parts, pour your own dye into each. Before making flowers in jelly, type the milk jelly mass into syringes. Then proceed as follows.

To make flowers in jelly, carefully pierce the frozen transparent mass in the place where the petals should begin with a suitable knife or spoon. Use them to create a hole of the desired depth and width, into which you then insert the needle of a syringe with milk jelly and squeeze out some of the contents. If necessary, turn the tools slightly in the jelly. Control the process through the transparent walls of the vessel. Create each element of the flower in the same way. Remove excess weight from the recess with a plastic spoon. When it is possible to make flowers in jelly, send them to the refrigerator to freeze. To serve, flip the dessert onto a suitable saucer.

Recommendations

- Do not immediately try to create large flower arrangements in jelly: without experience in this art, you will first fail or, at least, you will not get exactly what was originally intended. Practice on single flowers, master different tools and shapes. As a result of many trials and errors, you will start to get really beautiful flowers.

- Use a separate syringe for each color of milk or sour cream jelly.

- Transparent jelly with flowers can be a great way to decorate a cake. Place the finished jelly composition on a creamy substrate on it. Big Bass Splash çevrimiçi oyna seçeneği, birçok online casino sitesinde sunulmaktadır, ancak güvenilir bir platformda oyun oynamak her zaman daha avantajlıdır
