Well after some investigation it looks like JKidd is correct in that boats longer then 20’ the maximum capacity decal is not a requirement, so after I hear back from C-Dory I will remove the decal and head down to Sportcraft and get a 115 Yamaha on the way. Thanks all Dave Raven Dancer
