outboard bracket after powdercoating, 2 bolts and 5200 to hold pvc onto bracket
No hinderance to turning of Port engine, and bracket does not flex (motor weight 97lbs)

bottom paint removed. gouges ground out and ready for repair. Whole bottom to be sanded smooth.
