By 12:00 AM, fnally got the new GPS all wired in to the 2nd VHF, so we are good on DSC and MMSI on both radios. All cleaned up and time to head home. What a day of fun and progress!
Fourth project of the day - finally finding a spot for the Sea Sucker phone mount
Third Project of the day - installing a second GPS, this one a Garmin GPSMap 547xs, purchased on clearance months ago.

Back to Twin Bridges by early afternoon, with sufficient time for other projects for the day!

Brock suggested an alternate, inside route, past Skyline Marina. As usual, he was right!
