This shows the effect of masking. Excess urethane can be easily trimmed from the glass but not the frame.
All went well except for this mistake. I did not mask both sides of the frame before applying the urethane window adhesive. The urethane really grabs the powder coating and is a pain to remove.
Dead bolt is removed by loosening two flat blade screws deep inside the lock frame. Do not remove the screws all the way, just enough to get the dead bolt out.
