Another shot of the step -- the hinge toward the front allows me to lift up the step for easy access to cabinet storage. Also, in the forward bulkhead you can see the laptop held in place with a simple wood bracket. It folds up out of the way, and twists for easy viewing.

Cutting table is the base for the bench. When cutting board or table is needed the bench cushion is simply removed.

Since my crew is a bit shorter than me I put in a step in front of the commuter style seat set up. It is just a simple step with a flip lid to allow interior storage. Best thing is that it is attached with only two screws so it is easily removed without leaving damage.
