Sept.6/2015 The deer turned back because of the fishing boats. Yesterday I saw a huge Surgeon leap straight up right out of the water. Great stuff.
Sept. 6/2014 Spotted a doe and two fawns swimming to Sugar Island this morning. Three dots in the center for-ground.
Sept.3/2015 Finally caught a King.( 11#). not very silver but the meat is good for smoking. Where are all the fish this year!!!

August 27/2015 Took my sled off the front and back stands and put the sled on rollers. Sled sold ..Sept. 2015 I will walk to my ice hut..great exercise and better for you.
Sept. 26/2015...King salmon run is done very early this year...in fact its been a poor year in general for fishing.
Sept. 26/2015..gassing up at the Marina..3 hours of fishing for Kings and not a hit .
