About 30 minutes til the minus 2.2 low tide. Could be a bare spot not far off the end of the pier at the Sequim Bay State Park.

Ramp to dock at SBSP. Permanent SB resident just off SBSP dock, with fog coming in at near high tide. The sailboat has been moved (since last fall '12) but is still in Sequim Bay. State Park forced the move, it was fouling the park mooring buoys.
