here is the patch I put over the old raw water washdown thruhull. this time I tried to be more efficient by dishing it out, then glassing, then waiting for that to gel and putting the fairing compound over it before it was cured. most of my time working on the boat has been grinding

new mount covers all the ugly. the old flush mount tube stuck way down on the underside and was not adjustable for the angle of the rod
cut out and drilled for the new scotty mounts
