Fiberglass skin and rotted wood removed. Will be filling with Carbon Core pourable as I have some left from transom. Will reskin with polyester and glass.

Carbon Core pourable transom, installed. It took 13 gallons of product to fill all the way to the top.

Inner skin is back on. Side are taped up, upper funnels built. Will be using Carbon Core Pourable Transom.

All coring removed, couple of layers of matt added.
