Mostly done with the repairs and upgrades. Great upgrade with the SeaDek - highly recommended for durability and \"stickiness\" in holding objects on the shelf.
Holes cut for new speakers, new radio and USB port. Also changed the wiring ports behind the controls on the starboard side.
Front bulkhead back in place. Decided to upgrade the radio and speakers as well as add a USB port.
Better picture of the original cutoffs being used to skin the interior.
Replaced the coring and was able to save the original deck cutoffs to skin the interior.
West System Epoxy for the win. Did ruin a hat but saved my bald head from epoxy drippings from the repairs.
Ended up removing the front bulkhead for access, had to cut back the bottom side of the deck about 4 inches or so around the hatch opening to access all the damaged coring.
