There were some skimpy beaches where there was volcanic ash, but not enough to entice me, given my experience with winds coming up in the night in this country.
The famous "Kissing Ogres." I just made that up. You can see more of the orange lichen on the ogre on the right.
Some of the cliff faces had interesting orange and green lichens.

The free launch and marina at Coulee City. Once again I was the only boat there and the only boat I saw for the two days that I was there. Is it me?
