Here it is in use, refilling the dinghy outboard\'s internal tank. Can also use it to fill the Honda EU generator easily!
I split the output of the Racor into a Y-fitting and put two valves on the outputs, one for the main engine, and one for the auxiliary port.
Then I made up a short hose with a primer bulb on it to pump the gas.
I bought the mating connector with a hose barb.
Here is what the Honda fitting looks like without the cap.
Here is the backside. I used a bulkhead fitting with 1/4" threads on both ends inside the outer threaded fitting. The fitting came from http://www.mcmastercarr.com
Close up of port. I used a Honda outboard connector with 1/4" threads. The cap is a plastic/rubber thing I had that just happened to fit. It will surely degrade quickly and I'll have to find something else.
