This photo shows the boat's original batteries (two Group 24 flooded cell batteries) and switch (1-2-Both-All). Many leads going right to battery terminals, no buses, just not very tidy. Battery trays were screwed right into core, original (leaky) hatch lids, etc.
Shunt for Victron battery monitor. This goes between house battery and negative bus (loads). See note in previous photo(s) explaining why there are dangling wires, etc.
