Seat appeared to be intended to be mounted on a sloping back surface. I used some 3/4 ply and some wedge blocks to tilt the seat back to a comfortable angle.

Plain, $19. locking swivel. Used 3/4 ply to get a bit more height and to mount angled blocks to tilt the seat back some.
