Port Trim Tab repaired and no longer leaks. Total cost of U-seal $5.35, having a trim tab that no longer leaks, priceless!
Step Five, reassemble in reverse order of disassembly.
Step Four, pull out the actuator and remove the top seal. Replace with a U-seal 0.75" x 1.25" x 0.25" 800 PSI. The O-ring was in good shape and did not need replacing.

Step Three, remove the end and the spring.
Step Two, unscrew the end.
