The finial product sitting in the water. I purchased them from Dusky Sports Center, excellant service. I'll buy from them again.
2 WARNINGS: your thru hull drain must have a 3/4" downward slope to it or the scupper will hold water in when you wash the cockpit. Second if you drop the gasket in the water once it is a foot down you can not see it. In 3' of water I tied a string to the other gasket and dropped it in, all I could see was the knot in the string! I ordered a second one.
6 stainless steel screws, wipe the caulking off and you are done.

I premarked and drilled the holes and then caulked the perimeter and around each hole.
After removing the flapper the thru hull drain protruded outside about 5/8" and I didn't want to cut it off. So I ordered a 3/4" spacer (they also make a 1/2" spacer) to go on around the drain.
The old rubber flappers had warped allowing water back into the cockpit area, so I decided to replace them with Rabud ball scuppers.
