I have the correct size of hole saw available for any C-Brats. I am in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. I will also be installing a set on Nomad in April. We are really pleased with ours. Oh and they should come with the screens so no need to order extras.

Looking for some help. One of the attendees at the last Friday Harbor CBGT had done a lot of nice woodwork etc. on their 22 cruiser. They were just a few boats away from us at the dock. They had installed some really nice little portholes into their v-berth just ahead of the navigation lights. I...

I think it will work great. So far just a dry run on the trailer. I'm really happy to see how well it spooled inside. No jamming or piling up at all. Haven't figured out how to post pictures on the C-Brats site but when I do I'll get some good photos on there.

Just completed installing my windlass today. Thanks to those who encouraged me to do it all myself. Fact is, I paid more attention to detail than any hourly installer could have. All the connections are soldered and bedding the unit through the deck has extra coatings of epoxy and fiberglass...

All the wiring and switching is in place. Just ready to mount the windlass this weekend. Going to use an epoxy sealer at the deck penetrations. Looks good and everything seems to fit. 50' of chain w/ 250' of three strand rode as per Lewmar guidelines. Not sure at this point if the hawse will be...

My dealer switched the 5/16 gypsy for a 1/4 at no extra charge when I bought the unit so I think it's pretty easy to change it over.
