SS .25 inch bolds 7 of them with metal backing plate on each bolt that is 2 inches wide, really fun working in that cubby. Not going to use an anchor pulpit. Everything is epoxied.

Okay - it took a while but this is what I ended up doing, removing the anchor pulpit placing a Sea Bracket using some of the existing holes, running power back to where I put the 36V 110Amp Hour battery with display. It came out pretty good and it works great. Here are some photos:
