    Fresh water leak

Buck - The two T-connectors are just visible through the inspection plate under the sink in the head, but I couldn't see the hose that had come loose until I stuck a small mirror and flashlight into the compartment. The fresh water system is working fine now, but I worry how many other...

    Fresh water leak

I lost all pressure in the fresh water system this weekend. Not a drop from either sink despite the pump running continuously. I traced the problem to the outflow hose from the electric water heater. It had come off of one of the two T connectors located under an access port beneath the sink...

    New C-Ranger 25

It was a beautiful day on the Columbia River today: about 70 degrees with no wind. I decided to take Lizzie G to WOT for the first time. The average from two runs with and against the currrent at 3600 rpm was 14.6 knots. This was with a full fuel tank and the water tank about half full.

    New C-Ranger 25

Welcome aboard. Lizzie G is docked right across the Columbia River from you on Hayden Island. Hope to see you on the river.

    A new C-Ranger

I have been very pleased with the C-120 on our Ranger 25. I'm not tall so there hasn't been a problem with seeing the top of the screen. But for those that are tall, you can put the data strip on the right side rather than the top which should help. I really like the big screen, especially...

C-Ranger Dropped From C-Dory Web Site

If Ranger tugs and C-Dory have indeed gone their separate ways, I hope we Ranger owners will still be welcome on C-Brats. I have already learned so much from this group and hope to be a part of this community for years to come.

    Silence on the C-Ranger 25

Lizzie G is hull #14 and was delivered 4 weeks ago. I don't know what the latest hull # is. Regarding the thrusters, I initially wasn't going to get them. They seemed unnecessary in such a small boat. Now I would strongly urge any prospective owner to go with both the bow and stern...

    Silence on the C-Ranger 25

He probably meant it would go 20 plus wide open on the trailer. I'm still keeping below 3000 RPM for break in, but I'll let you know in a few weeks about wide open on the water.

    Silence on the C-Ranger 25

Now that I have had my Ranger 25 for a few weeks, I am getting to know it and I continue to be impressed by the clever design. The boat seems happiest at 7 - 10 knots. It will certainly go faster, but gets a little noisy at higher speeds. So far I have kept below 3000 rpm for break in. One...

    New C-Ranger 25

Thanks all for the warm welcome. Lizzie G is moored at Jantzen Bay (across from Safeway on Hayden Island) on the Columbia River. I plan to cruise mainly on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers, but will eventually get up to the San Juan and Gulf Islands. I still have another 5 years or so...

    New C-Ranger 25

I took delivery yesterday on my new C-Ranger 25. This is hull 14 with a blue hull, 125 hp Yanmar (probably one of the last - I thought I was going to get a 110), and most of the bells and whistles. Everything seems to work fine so far. The Wallas took about 15 minutes to suck the fuel from...

    Silence on the C-Ranger 25

I'm new to the board, a transitioning sailor with an order in for a Ranger 25. I did my sea trial 2 days ago out of Tacoma an a rainy, blustery day and have a couple of things to add to Bob's excellent assessment of his trial. I was blown away by the handling of the boat. If anything, she...
