Thank you for the update as this will help lots of folks. Glad Moeller took the trouble to resurrect these tanks. As I understand it, a few years ago, the original drawings got inadvertently deep sixed and they could not make any new ones.

Sportcraft Marine in Oregon City did ours. Very competitive in pricing. You don't pay sales tax. Maintenance is pretty easy regarding oil changes and zincs, spark plugs, etc. Just look up on You Tube. They sell Honda and Suzuki. Very happy with our Suzuki.

The cockpit deck will have to be cut and removed and then tank removed. I'm sure Coastline could fabricate a new one for you unless you can find a new plastic tank. I think Dr. Bob, Thataway, did cockpit work on a 2003 that he owned. I'm sure he will comment eventually.

Is your fuel tank aluminum or plastic? One owner in California, Dora Jean, owns a 2003 25 Cruiser with a plastic tank. If your tank is aluminum, this is the company that probably made your original tank. In Bellingham, WA. They may have the build sheet. https://coastlinemarinetanks.com/
