Is that car gas or boat gas?

My concern with sleeping on the converted dinette is the possibility of ending up on the floor if the boat gets waked during the night. With the V-berth, you cannot fall out of it. I would be more comfortable sleeping on the cabin floor, rather than the converted dinette.

I would consider that temperature changes could cause the dinghy to sag and either cause stress points from external or internal objects as it drooped over the cart and/or could drag on the ground. Might be better to store it standing on end (like they do in the local dinghy showroom).

You might look into putting a line between the dock and the pole that separates the slips (port side of the C-Dory in the pictures). This gives you something to grab onto on that side of the boat. If the line is low enough, it can provide a catch to the hull to keep it from going too far to port...

The wiring diagram says that the AC power is 230V. Doesn't say how long it takes to heat water at 200W, but it probably takes awhile. One of the customer reviews says 2.5 hours.

I would put a cleat along the dock a little forward of the helm side window. When departing I'd use a loose line looped around the cleat (i.e. holding both ends). When departing I would use this line and the motors to keep the boat straight as I left the dock. When far enough out, release one...

Dig out the rotted/wet wood. Fill the void with epoxy filler (either premixed or make your own). Clean up the opening after filling and reinstall the hardware. Use butyl tape under the hardware for sealing.

There is a new standard for dock electrical systems regarding ground-fault protection. These can be very sensitive. The electrical systems on older boats often have problems with the newer dock pedestals.

Yes, but shipping or transportation costs would be expected by a reasonable buyer to be different for things shipped large distances vs. short. Having the transportation cost a line item on the invoice or sticker makes this clear.

By the time the dealer has one up sale, they are going to have a really good idea of what they want to sell it for. It's the price of the boat plus all the installed equipment whether they added it or they bought the boat with the stuff installed by the factory. If they are selling the boat...
