I suggest that you telephone the Boat Haven. They have a website under Port of Port Townsend. I'm sure that they have some slips available and there is a shuttle accross from Safeway ( 1 block away) that will take you downtown. Lane

We changed the oil in SE by using a little hand pump to pull the oil out of the dipstick hole. We had to bring the used oil oil back with us because we had trouble finding a place that would take it. It was very easy and no oil went into the water.

I would recommend a slip at the Boat Haven. Port Townsend has good bus service to Fort Worden. The Boat Haven Marina is not too far to walk to town and the bus terminal is about a block and a half from the marina. There may be space at Point Hudson marina, but they have recently rebuilt it...

Don't miss the glass museum and the state history museum in Tacoma. Both are in walking distance from the marina.

Sunfish will be heading north from Port Townsend at o-dark thirty on June 2nd. We're going to try and check into Canadian customs at Nanaimo and go from there. I wish I could rent or buy some of the Canadian charts used (but not too out of date) instead of paying $970 for a new portfolio.
