Jim, At this point I think the dealer should exchange your motor for one with proper documentation. You should not be inconvenienced because of Honda's inability to get the right documentation to the dealer. It should be between the dealer and Honda. Ralph

If I recall without looking it up (a dangerous thing), the white stern light needs to be at least 3 feet higher than your red and green running lights.

I agree with Whaler, I think this deserves its own thread. Admittedly, "I don't have a horse in this race", because I don't (yet) own a C-Dory, but as an engineer I have a problem with some of the things in the link you posted. Start a new thread and I will be happy to elaborate. Ralph

According to the NADA guide that you want to use a Color GPS adds $1,620 to the monetary value of a 2004 C-Dory 22. Ralph

Tom, We have a non-C-Dory that we are thinking about replacing with a C-Dory 25. Would it be possible to crash your party to see some C-Dorys in use (have admired them for many years at boat shows), and talk to some owners? Ralph
