I did not mention - I live in a water priviledged community - been on the waiting list for a slip since 2003 and should be able to get a slip this year or next ($110/yr - no power). This tips the scale towards selling the bike.

If a boat was posted over a month ago and it has sold, then what is it still doing in the "Boats for Sale" area? Make it easier for the former owner to delist it. Maybe create another area "Boats recently SOLD". "BOATS for SALE" shold only list unsold or pending sale boats. Let's keep this area...
