Cooked this ribeye on the Magma Kettle BBQ. Used an old frying pan to place on grill. Cooked steak in pan. I could not believe how well it turned out. No mess on the grill either. I can see why people complain about the mess if cooking in the grill. Heat is so close it must be no fun to clean.
