5k to ship from coast to coast from what ive been quoted. I flew out and bought it, made deal with marina to store a week until i could get it shipped(uship.com). I had them rebuild the trailer bearings/hubs before pickup to be sure no issues.

i am looking at double the price to ship it vs renting a truck and driving round trip. I am pretty handy myself so i would take tools/tire and survey equipment with me to purchase and drive home. Uship seems to be $1.75-$2.0 a mile
