This leads me to believe that some krud has gotten past the first filter into the outboard's internal filter...or worse...into the carbs and is fouling a low speed jet.     Blackfish, We have a garage with a ten foot high door. Our CD22 fits through the door with the anchor light mast up.....but with little to spare. You could buy another foot or so by taking down the mast but a ten foot opening should be okay. Tom (another Islander)
