Fred, what a suspicious mind :? . My old trailer had a single axle with 15" wheels and towed fine. Since I go back and forth to Maine with it often, and frequently at night, I wanted dual axles and disc brakes. $400 it's yours....soon to go on Craigs list for $800.

I believe the inner harbor area that would be attractive for anchoring and wading ashore is reserved for the seaplane service...but you can ask the harbormaster. Great place but watch out for the deer ticks on the island.
