Incorrect. The original owner in Anchorage named the boat Bob-Kat. It was changed to C-Spirit by the second owner Chuck in Anchorage. I was the third owner in Anchorage and now Richard owns the boat in Fairbanks. I hope you are enjoyning her Dick!

Walnut or Mahogany matches teak fairly closely. In my opinion Red Oak does not match the grain or color of teak, however it does look good

Minnow, I hear you on the masking tape issue. I have a 2000 C-Dory and the caulking job was done very well. I have looked at some of the newer C-Dory's and the quality of the caulking appears to have gone downhill bigtime. Two words.....Quality Control
