Replacing an impeller is a very easy job, especially on a small engine where the lower end is not very heavy. Watch a couple of YouTube videos (there are plenty out there) and you will see how straight forward it is.

I don't know how you guys can get even 3, maybe a maximum of 4 horses in your 22's! I really don't see how I can even stuff that many mini ponies in mine! :P

I find that logs come up scary fast at anything over 25 knots!

I get those speeds and his stated fuel burn with on my 22 with the new 90hp Suzuki. It's fairly light.

Joanie & I caught a glimpse of that beauty when we where at the factory on Monday looking at color choices for our newly ordered 23. Very nice, and going to some lucky new owner soon!

A really good point! Many of these outboards, especially the smaller singles are carbureted as apposed to fuel injected and are more susceptible to getting the jets gummed up when not used regularly.
