Joe, Our 2006 TC-255 had two 75 gallon tanks.

"For general up and down mountain, summer heat, and emergencies, three quarter ton trucks are the minimum for a 25 class boat. A 255 puts you into a big ol' diesel." The cure then is a big Ole' Diesel and get out of WA!

After hearing weekly reports of a friends experience with a Jeanneau, I wouldn't touch one with a ten foot pole. Too long a story but a horror story of a $275,000 boat gone bad.

We found the annoying buzz/rattle could be eliminated by tweaking and insulating the coils at the rear of the unit. Also, packing it chock full of food seemed to dampen the noises.
