    Columbia River Gorge

Thanks for everyone for the input. Now you've got me worked up to try and fit in a fishing trip. I'll check that out as well as the other things you have mentioned. The really bad thing is that I see that the Sequim Bay CBGT is the same week-end. Oh so close but so far. My heart is going to...

    Raymarine S1000 Wireless Autopilot

I have found that the finnicky behavior is related to the quality of the gps signal. It must have a solid 3D lock. I have gone to a high sensitive gps with external antenna and the S1000 loves it. It may or may not work with only a 2D signal.

You can run from the police...

Who's going to have to pay? Dealer or new owner. Was it a completed deal? Is it still the dealers until delivered? I would guess if the papers were signed, the new owner gets the claim.

    SGIDave's Canvas frame

I know and I don't think I'm going to be able to make it out again. Friday I'm going to have surgery on my shoulder. Then the Doc does not want me to even drive a car for two months. Now that I think about it he didn't say I couldn't drive a boat :)

    SGIDave's Canvas frame

Went by the welding shop today and Joe was hard at it working on Dave's canvas frame. He said he would have it on the boat by the end of the day. He said there is about a 4 inch difference in the 23 and the 22. I will go back later in the week for more pictures.

    Water-powered generator

With all of this "green" hype bs your are going to see a ton of inefficient products to hit the market. New victims every day. I've got this perpetual motion machine I am almost ready to go to market on . But that has to wait till I get some returns on my water hydrogen busting thing.

Portable Stoves - What do you use?

You can't beat the ol COBB grill for cooking a meal while on the move. On my Texas trip. I set it in the cockpit on top of the cooler. Loaded it with 10 pieces of charcoal and got it going. Is does take about 20 min for the coals to get right to start cooking but then you can toss a 4lb...

    60hp on a 19 Angler?

I had a 75 Yamaha on my 19. It did fine. Put the 60 on with a permatrim and you will be fine. You'll love it wjen you go to the gas pump.

Things that make noise in the daylight?

Thanks Marvin. This is good information. Totally out of character for me, I think I actually read my Suzuki owers manual when I got the boat. I don't remember ever reading about this in the manual. I just lucked onto a cure when I had the problem. Maybe I didn't let mine sit long enough but...

Things that make noise in the daylight?

I think a Suzuki dealer can hook up a computer to the engine and get a reading if anything was going on there. I have the digital gauge. When I ran out of fuel at cruise speed the engine of course stopped suddenly from 4000 rpm to 0. Of course so did the waterpump. The engine temp went from...

    140 hp on 22c

That's putting it mildly. With the 115 I was able to get mine to 32 one time. Dang near lost it. Never again will I ever get it over 30. 28 is about the most I feel is safe. Even then it has to glass slick.
