Thanks all! If I really wanted to, I'd pay cash for a boat, but I'd rather use the banks 4-5% money than my own 7-13% money!!! The current loan rates aren't bad, 3.99 to about 5%. The problem is, finding a lender that knows realistic selling prices.

I use Unique Teak. It's a two part solution that first bleaches teak then conditions it a beautiful gold. after it dries, apply teak oil, and you're good to go! of course, you need to remove the teak from the boat first.

I had an older Albin painted with Awlgrip several years ago and it was as good or better looking than new gel coat! They paint most megayachts with the same product. I've tought about panting a C Dory hull solid blue like the Cape Cruisers you see on occasion. Looks good to me.
