Fishy, I have seen a couple installations where a stainless steel bracket was through bolted to the starboard side of the cabin door. The motor was then clamped to the bracket in a vertical position where it was safe and secure.
James, If you are coming up I-10 on your way to AZ, you will find gas is about $2.43 per gallon for 87 octance. If you are headed to Lake Mead or Powell, you can find ethanol-free gas at the Benson city airport, at Lake Havasu, and Page.

Most of the concrete ramps on the upper Mississippi River have finite ends. If low water conditions are present, I see power loading to be a potential for damage to the leg by striking concrete. This would be an especially easy mistake to make when the water is muddy which it frequently is.

Thomas, Try "Speedway Motors" in Lincoln, Nebraska. They are a "hot rod" and antique car restoration parts seller. This blade was used on some of the older cars and trucks back in the 1930's.
