Any buyers out there?

A guy called fishing with offers and I told him the bottom line on the boat would be $49k. Just wanted everyone interested to have the same info.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. It does seem best at this point to price it aggressively enough that the new buyer can pick his own trailer. I told a guy in Washington State that I would take $49k for it, I think that is a great deal for him but the shipping would cost $$.

The trailer is an aluminum Venture 8725 that I was quoted with 8725lb carrying capacity. I was quoted prices all the way up in the 6k range for that same rig from some dealers.

I am selling my 2006 C-Dory 25 and wanted to get opinions of other members about the value of a trailer. Would it be worth buying one to help sell the boat? I can get a new one for $3800 and obviously would like to recover that cost in the sales price. Would it be a lot easier to sell the boat...

Thanks Thataway. I should also mention I purchased the boat from the original owner and have his notes / log on everything about the boat from the beginning. It really is a great boat.

I am willing to deliver the boat by water within a reasonable distance as well.

Thataway thanks for the information. What are the steps involved to property flatten an area for the roof ac? Is there a thread on it? The polar unit seems like the cheapest solution. Is the heater on the polar unit any better than just running an electric space heater? That is what we do...
