I cant comment on the gatherings we haven't been to one yet hoping to change that this year but I can say that our big cruise last year 16 nights on the boat the fuel bill was under 500 dollars and we moved to a new anchorage every day the year before was the same I understand your fuel bill...

this Pedder Bay Marina looks interesting i imagine it will be quite the culture shock after two weeks at alder bay for sure the weather will be warmer :lol:

After searching high and low for the perfect trailer tire in the end I went to the local shop where all the guys at work get their truck tires And bought their made in China tire I also got in touch with the local cdory dealer I think it was about 3700.00 for new tandem trailer at that price...

Wow what a great trip Campbell river Johnstone strait and the broughtons we trailered to north end of Vancouver island this allowed us to spend 16 days in and around the broughtons Some of the other brats had some wet weather on trips north this year but we had it good only two days of rain...

with the resent cbrat gathering in the broughtons I was wondering of all the small islands and bays up there what was your favorite place to swing on the hook ? we really enjoyed monday anchorage off tracey island

enjoyed following everyone's trip on the subject of fuel costs what would you expect to pay for a litre of gas at a resort say echo bay I'm guessing it's more then in town Dave
