We downsized from a Krogen 39 and thoroughly enjoyed the TomCat. Crossing the Straits of Juan de Fuca in an hour instead of 4-5 hours is a real plus. We used bathtub plugs to solve the scupper problem. Having the C-Brats to rely on is a definite plus too!

Maybe ask yourself which one would you be comfortable diagnosing and repairing. EFI requires electronic tools to diagnose. I'd stick with the Yamaha and the carburetor. Harvey is right about Yamahas in Canada. It's their engine of choice it seems.

Pretty high for a sparsely equipped 2007. I sold my loaded 2006 TC 7 years ago for $89,000. Boat looks very clean however.
