Some times you can open the drain on that carb and pump the primer bulb and run some gas through it this lets the carb float drop and hopefully washes the junk out of the needle valve . before you hook up the gas line in the spring pump some clean gas through it , not much fuel left in the bulb...

I had the same problem take coat hanger straighten out and rap small bit of rag and crimp end to hold it dip rag end end in bleach and run down tube ,repeat . I have to do this every couple of years it helps if you cover the end of the tube so air and junk doesn't gets in , It can't be tight...

Make sure u use nylon , nylon will absorb shock loads better. It keeps from lifting the anchor out all the time and also does not put so much load on cleats and such. Richard

U can buy a new axle set up . There is a place that builds them to fit . I think they use stainless axle stubs that are replaceable . If u do a search on hear you should find them. The one I know about is in Longview Washington. My axle is going to be changed out to.I have the same problem ...

Hi one side is split and hinged it drops down to insert rods. I used weather striping to hold them from rattling an sliding around have worked well for 7 years now . Used 3-M 5200 fast set to anchor them they are solid. Richard

When I bought my boat I asked about that plug he said it was for washing out the cabin when it got really bad ( think stinky fish stuff ) have used it once scrubbed it down an rinsed it out worked fine . Although it was a pain taking ever thing out. Richard

My C-Dory is a 2000 and has no foam there ,think they went to foam after 2000 or maby late 2000 as mine was one of the first ones. Richard

Hi , I have always tow with the motor up and the locks in 10 years now no problem so far ( if I remember right the factory said that up with the locks in that, that was the balance point ). Richard
