Colby, what engine did you have in the Excursion, must have been gas? We get about 22 not towing, 17 towing the 22 and 14 when we towed the TC 255.

It's not only on XM, it's on most of the NPR stations on Saturday AM, at least around here it is. Will miss him, there's supposed to be a special tribute this Saturday, be sure to listen in. :love :hug :male :rose2
Bob, I thought I looked at all of them, which ones do you see that are sideways or upside down? Maybe it's your computer or mine?
Charlie (Sorry for the hijack)
We did not have the WD hitch in the long tow from Pensacola to VA and that was probably the partial cause of two front tire blowouts at 70mph, that and 5 yo tires that I neglected to replace (against Dr Bob's recommendation), the boat should be about 6" aft of where it was then if no WD hitch...
Hmmm. Just bought an AP the GHP 10, this one wasn't out, think it's worth sending it back before I open it? Not ready to install yet, hate to be a Guinea Pig though... Looks like the same price...Not available until Q1 2015 though, guess I could leave a hole in the dash....
And...
As Dr Bob did, we towed a TC 255 at about 11000# with a. Diesel Excursion with surge brakes and an aluminum float on trailer with no problems. Never felt unsafe.

Some of the best installation photos I have seen. You should post a little more info though. Electronics? Hours on engines? Trailer? Etc.
I'm sure it will sell quickly,
Nice boat!

We had a Jaguar1966 3.8S sedan. Traded a 1965 Corvette for it because we had family visiting in Monterey CA. when I was in Graduate school (sure miss the 'vette!). All was well until the starter conked out, I've done that job but the engine had to be Un-bolted and lifted to do it on a...
I've got a Fulton folding tongue on our new aluminum Road King trailer so it will fit in my 28' deep tall garage. :thup
And I'd like to see that Northern Tool $250 jack operate on a gravel slope, please! Not that it wouldn't, I'd just like to see it.

Angel is a great PUP. :hug :dog :love Would not recommend a Silky Terrier like our Andy the Wonder Dog for boating. Love him but the first trip on our boat out of only two or so, he threw up before we even got underway. He's about 12 and will probably be good for only about 2 or more years...
A regular USB charger is about 1 amp. An iPad charger (that comes with the device) is rated at ~2.1 amps. It's, in all likelihood, not the wiring but the charger itself. ssobol is right on IMO.

Tom, the tires on THATAWAY were 5 years old when I bought the boat/trailer from Dr. Bob. With only about 500 miles.
Two sidewall blowouts on the trip from Pensacola to VA. Of course, that was an 11000# boat..
