4. Starboard side ready to reinstall hardware.
There was some air bubbles, shrinkage or seapage of the epoxy into the foam core, so it took two applications of epoxy.
3. Number 10 screws drilled out with 3/8" drill bit, then additional yellow closed cell foam around the inside of the 3/8" hole removed with a "Dremel". 3/8" Swim step bolt holes redrilled out to 7/16".
3. Port side of cockpit, ahead of the fuel tank. The holes have now been filled with "System Three" Cold Cure epoxy. I used a syringe to fill the bottom of the hole first, and work the air to the top and out.
