    POP Yachts International info?

Yes. I've talked to Wefings and if I did brokerage I might do it with them. But I've had good luck with cars and boats and aircraft doing things on my own. I suspect there is someone out there wanting to move up in size and with a trade that will get them into a nice c dory and keep me...

    POP Yachts International info?

Thanks for the comments. After looking on line, I think they are pretty legit, but I've always been able to sell my cars, boats, etc. on line myself in the past. I think I'd be pretty desperate to use such a broker. I'm fortunately NOT in a desperate situation with my boat. Just looking to...

    POP Yachts International info?

Has anyone used the POP Yachts International folks selling boats. They make things all sound good and well, but I've never used a broker before. Any thoughts would be welcome.

    engine start problem

I agree about checking the throttle handle position. Had that happen on my fishing boat. A screw had lost a nut, and the handle position was messed up. Keep the starter on while moving the handle around a bit as a quick and dirty check.

2006 C dory 22 cruiser with twin Suzuki 50's plus goodies.

For sale is my beloved 2006 C dory cruiser. We've just finished our sixth season with her. But health and personal issues drive us to sell her and downsize our boat and boating. Details are as follows: This image is from my C-Brats album. You can see many more pix there. After 6 great...

Video of loss of Volvo Ocean racer on a reef

Don't know how they managed to hit that big ol' reef. I've not done ocean sailing, but that reef was not a secret from what I can gather from the other racers. Millions of dollars still left sitting out there crunching away piece by piece for many months I'm guessing. I will be interesting to...

Battery charger wiring to parallel batteries

IF your parallel batteries were relatively far apart...many feet...there may be a consideration to separate charge leads to head off a problem with voltage loss in the long leads between batteries. I don't know anyone who would mount parallel batteries far apart though. You may be over...

    Table modification

Just completed some bathroom woodwork and coated the top of the vanity with LIQUID GLASS over 4 years ago. That is the brand name. Great stuff and following the You Tube video on using the stuff, it went on crystal clear and after much water, soap, etc and cleaning it is still clear and solid...

    Proper C-Dory Toolbox

Or you can just find out where Bob is boating and just follow him around within radio range. He's already got all the stuff and goes boating in a lot of cool places AND he knows how to use all his tools already. Just trying to save you weight and time and money!

Still Crazy is looking for a new home

I apparently left out a price on Still C-razy. $44,900.00. Seems about right for the boat when I compare equivalents. Hard to find exact equivalents, but that's where I need to be. I'll still be doing some boating but maybe in a smaller scale less capable craft. If it doesn't sell at a...

Still Crazy is looking for a new home

After 6 great seasons on Still C-razy, we've been forced to come to grips with health and family issues that will keep us off the water for more than a day or two a couple times a year. Our 22 cruiser is just way more boat than we will need for the duration. So, sadly, it is for sale. We...

    New C-Dory coming in

darker red trim is absolutely the best. It is a specific C-dory color, don't know the name of it. All of the other trim colors make the boat look....we....more common. Yeah, I have the red trim:):)

    Nice video with a C-Dory

That was quite a wind and speaks well for not having too powerful of a sail. The guy had to work really hard to get the little ting to go over. Pulling it back up looked like a cakewalk as well.

Having trouble matching performance of others

My 22 goes about 60 mph on 50 hp and gets about 100 miles per gallon. Beat that!
