I finally got around to getting a new prop and it seems to work great on my CD22 with the carb 2006 Honda 90. It is a stainless Solas HR Titan, 13.25 x 15 four blade. I will try to post speed vs. rpm and fuel flow rates when I organize the data better.

I pulled the trim tabs off this morning and indeed the screws were installed directly into the balsa wood core with 5200 sealing the threads from water intrusion. I bored oversize holes and routed out some core material, fortunately it was all dry. I have only ever had the boat in the water...
