If this helps, here's a pic of the plumbing bits to adapt a new coily hose to the washdown receptacle. Had to go to a plumbing supply to get the reducers. Chris

I have an aluminum fish/storage box in my splash well and when trolling with the kicker, the cables rattle against the box which is really irritating. So, I have split pool noodles or pipe insulation and tie-wrapped them to the cables to stop the rattling...... Chris

FYI, if the boat is not moving then the GPS system in the radio has no idea as to what direction the boat is (not) travelling (pointing). GPS direction is dependent on obtaining a position, temporarily storing that position, getting a second position and comparing the new position to the old...
