    Just got back from Elochoman Harbor, met True Story Tim there. It was a beautiful day today, water temp. was 43 degrees.... but no fish in the box. He said he seen 1 caught. The gillnets were in, that didn't help.

    I talked to the captain of the ferry today. The ferry will be having maintenance/repairs starting on March 7th. It is expected to be inoperable for about 2 wks. Tim, hope to see you this weekend.

    Good topic! When I have guests on my boat they all get to choose a rod. If any want to hand off a fish to a rookie, that's their business. Having said that however, I insist that rookies man my fishing rod also. I find it much more fun to watch someone new reel in a fish rather than catch...
