Don't know who made them they came with the boat but I would not do without them it's that simple. It's like flying with engine tilt and the left and right tabs you can trim the boat out perfectly

I'm over in Mt Dora on the Harris chain and I'm using Sea Tow don't really have opinion I've only given them dues for Four years. For you and the St Johns I think they would be a good bet
