    That's all great, but if your fuel pump is bad you still aren't getting fuel. Get some starter fluid.

    spray starter fluid into air intake and crank over. if she fires then dies you have a fuel delivery issue. If nothing happens then you know you have a spark issue.

    I keep mine in the port fish box. It is my aft anchor usually. I put some dunnage down under it to keep it from marring up the box.
